Napco Painting inc. will warrant the labor of Interior & Exterior painting for the period of 1 (one) year from the date of completion. Because our preparation and finish work is in accordance with the MPI (Master Painters Institute) and PDCA. (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America) standards, this warranty protects the consumer from:
Premature peeling of paint.
Premature cracking of paint.
Separation of caulking.
Failure of patching.

A defect in any workmanship as it applies to our application of all products and materials. 

This warranty does not cover:
Damage by others
Damage from weather, storms, lightning and acts of nature.
Damage from leaks or watering landscaping.
Failure of existing substrates
Bug and rodent infestation
Handrails and decks are to be covered for one year.

Cabinetry and Artistic Finish: 
Napco Painting inc. will warrant the labor of finishing of cabinetry for the period of 1 (one) year from the date of completion:

Premature cracking of paint.

** Warranty does not cover direct heat; either by appliance or natural sunlight radiated through windows. Forced moist heat created by dishwashers, warming ovens, washing machines, clothing dryers and household appliances are not covered under premature material cracking or peeling. ***

***ALL DEFECTS OF MUST BE REPORTED IN WRITING AND VIA TELEPHONE UPON DISCOVERY.  NAPCO WILL IN TURN RESPOND WITHIN 3 DAYS TO SCHEDULE AND ONSITE VISIT TO EVLAULATE ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGES/REPAIRS***
